Draco Restaurant at the Toronto Marriott Markham has become a brunch staple in the area, especially if you’re an early riser as service starts at 6.30 a.m. Draco’s menu features breakfast classics like the All Canadian with eggs, hash brown, a choice of bacon, sausage or peameal bacon with toast, bagel or muffin, an Eggs Benedict Sampler if you can’t choose between Benny options, and even a healthier Oatmeal breakfast. Bored of basic brunch? Terre Rouge Craft Kitchen is now offering brunch on weekends from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. Their inventive new menu is inspired by both French cuisine and its East Coast heritage in true Terre Rouge style. Enjoy Lobster Eggs Benedict with Hollandaise Sauce, served on a Croissant with an arugula bed. On the menu you’ll find Classic Eggs Benedict and Buttermilk Waffles and a Smoked Salmon Croissant.
