Draco Restaurant at the Toronto Marriott Markham has become a brunch staple in the area, especially if you’re an early riser as service starts at 6.30 a.m. Draco’s menu features breakfast classics like the All Canadian with eggs, hash brown, a choice of bacon, sausage or peameal bacon with toast, bagel or muffin, an Eggs Benedict Sampler if you can’t choose between Benny options, and even a healthier Oatmeal breakfast. But if you’re feeling more decadent, we suggest the Grill CAB Striploin and Eggs!

Chef Bill Jewer has a special Easter Brunch Buffet planned on Sunday, April 9th with two seatings from 11 a.m. to 12.30 p.m. and 1 p.m. to 2.30 p.m. We recommend making reservations early because they book up quickly! Click here to see the Easter Brunch menu.

Bored of basic brunch? Terre Rouge Craft Kitchen is now offering brunch on weekends from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. Their inventive new menu is inspired by both French cuisine and its East Coast heritage in true Terre Rouge style. Enjoy Lobster Eggs Benedict with Hollandaise Sauce, served on a Croissant with an arugula bed. On the menu you’ll find Classic Eggs Benedict and Buttermilk Waffles and a Smoked Salmon Croissant.

For more savoury fare, try Croque Monsieur or the mouth-watering Rouge Burger with Fried Egg, Gruyere Cheese and your choice of fries or salad. Perhaps Mussels and Fries will be more to your liking. Pair with a refreshing Kale Pineapple Smoothie or Unlimited Mimosas! What more could you ask for?

Did someone say all-day Caesars? A classic brunch staple, Milestones offers three variations of this Canadian classic – the Milestones with vodka, Clamato, horseradish and signature spices; Dill Pickle with vodka, Clamato, pickle juice and spice; and the Captain Jack with spiced rum, Clamato, secret sauce and spice – for $7.

Don’t forget the Milestone’s speciality Bellini! And because it is all about the food, Milestones serves up the classics but also offers Wagyu Beef Shakshuka (savoury beef, caramelized onions, tomatoes, arugula, tomato sauce, sriracha goat cheese, poached eggs, leeks and grilled sourdough) and Chicken ‘N’ Waffles to make choosing that much harder!
