Night It Up is back and making its debut in Downtown Markham in August.
A long-standing summer tradition in Markham, the outdoor night market showcases a broad range of iconic Asian street food.

The event is the brainchild of Power Unit Youth Organization, a local non-profit group whose mission is to provide opportunities for members to learn, grow and share within their community through the creation and production of events like Night It Up. Each year, the organization raises funds for a designated charity and to date has donated more than $143,000.
In past, the market has featured more than 100 vendors selling unique, sumptuous street food – everything from Korean pulled pork poutine to oyster omelettes and, yes, stinky tofu.
The event also features live music, with a focus on showcasing local talent.
