You’ll learn all the tricks to making gnocchi, a traditional dish of soft dough dumplings that have been a staple of Italian cuisine since the ancient Roman era. You’ll also learn how to create an authentic sauce to accompany the dish, and then enjoy a glass of wine and homemade gelato with the meal you’ve created.

Pizza-Making Amore

In these exclusive workshops, kids will learn how to knead, toss and dress their own authentic Italian pizzas, and slide them into Sorrento’s authentic wood-fired oven.

They’ll then get to enjoy their creations with their new friends with a beverage and some homemade gelato.

Pizza-Making Amore classes are on January 18, February 1 and February 8 from 2-4 pm. The cost for each attendee is $30, and each child must be accompanied by an adult.
