Who doesn’t love the smell of pizza fresh out of the oven?
The delicious tomato sauce, fresh, warm dough and ooey-gooey cheese – pizza may have Italian roots, but Canadians have definitely made it their own.
And now your child can learn how to make a traditional pizza by an authentic Italian chef using only the freshest ingredients.
And of course, the dough spinning and topping artistry are included!
Tickets are still available for the final Pizza-Making Amore event Saturday, September 28 at 2 pm at Costa Sorrento, 179 Enterprise Blvd. in Downtown Markham. And if Saturday’s event will be anything like the previous two, it’s going to be a blast!
Children will learn how to craft their own pizzas – from pounding and flipping dough to applying the delicious tomato sauce, choosing the right toppings and covering everything with a generous layer of fresh mozzarella cheese – and then enjoy eating their creations with free beverages and a scoop of home-made Italian gelato to round things out.
Tickets for the event cost $20 per child, and supervising parents are invited to attend for free.
