On April 28, 2017 the GTA’s top developers and builders gathered for the 37th Annual BILD Awards honouring the industry’s best. A panel of 17 experts from across North America judged more than 900 submissions to determine this year’s winners, presented at the annual gala dinner held on Friday in Vaughan. The Remington Group was nominated in four Pinnacle categories; including Best High Rise Building Design for York Condos, Project of the Year Mid/High-Rise for Signature Condominiums, Green Builder of the Year Mid/High Rise, and Best New Community (Built) for its work in Downtown Markham.
In an incredibly tough year of competition, Downtown Markham walked away as this year’s Best New Community (Built), with The Remington Group being recognized for its achievements in building and designing an “outstanding community that embody the province’s smart growth principles”.
